LEVEL OF SERVICE: We can provide different levels of service to suit a client’s budget whether for a 2 hour design consultation, preparation of sketch design only, to planning stage or further detail to completion as required. It is the office policy to start projects with a series of freehand sketch schemes supplement with basic computer modeling if necessary to refine the design before detailed computer drawings are commenced. ATTENTION TO DETAIL: We spend time choosing the right building materials for each project and they need not be the most expensive. How the building is made matters and the quality, appearance and texture of the material is important to us. By using architects that offer this attention to detail the client is in control over the budget and quality of the completed building. COLLABORATION: We can direct client’s to seek the best value from different suppliers of building products or work in conjunction with them. Unfortunately there are many building materials on the market that are not for purpose and our experience and technical understanding ensures that only appropriate products are selected.
